Jenny Liu is an attorney in the litigation department with a focus on intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in patent and trade secret litigation in a variety of industries.
Jenny has worked on matters involving a broad range of technologies, including computer networking, mechanical apparatus, mobile gaming, augmented reality/virtual reality, pharmaceuticals, geolocation, and mobile device interconnectivity.
She has also counseled clients on conducting internal investigations and responding to federal government investigations, and applied her expertise in intellectual property protection and fluency in Chinese to achieve favorable results for clients with cross-border operations.
Jenny earned her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she received the Herbert F. Schwartz Award for distinguished achievement in intellectual property and technology. She holds an A.B. in chemistry and physics from Harvard University.
