Jeremiah Levine is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Levine earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School where he was a senior executive editor of the Harvard Business Law Review. During law school, he served as an Honors Intern in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to law school, Mr. Levine was the research director of a firm which helped start hedge funds. He also managed political campaigns at the federal, state, and local levels. Later, Mr. Levine worked as a political consultant and Capitol Hill aide focused on environmental and public health issues. He earned his B.A., cum laude, in diplomacy and world affairs from Occidental College.
At Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Levine practices complex commercial litigation in state, federal, and administrative courts. This includes conducting internal investigations, defending corporations during government investigations, and practicing white collar criminal defense. His work also includes consumer class actions, environmental litigation, and appellate practice.
