Jessica has handled matters in all levels of Court, including the Magistracy, the District Court, the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal, and the Court of Final Appeal.
Her arbitration experience includes arbitrations under the Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules, ICC Rules of Arbitration, and the CIETAC Arbitration Rules. She often conducts her own advocacy during arbitration hearings.
Jessica also has experience advising clients concerning investigations by the SFC (including proceedings before the Market Misconduct Tribunal), the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and other authorities in Hong Kong and overseas. She also regularly assists clients in internal investigations.
Her clients have included leading technology companies, financial institutions, listed companies, asset management firms, large state-owned enterprises, and individuals.
Jessica speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She is registered as a Consultant with the Law Society of Hong Kong.
