Jessica’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration, internal investigation, and white-collar crime and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in complex cross-border disputes.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Jessica worked as an associate in another U.S. law firm in Hong Kong.

She speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Selected examples of Jessica’s experience include the following:

  • Representing the Insured Parties under a Director & Officer Liability Policy in the defense of claims advanced by the liquidators of three substantial corporations in liquidation.
  • Representing a PRC-listed company in an ad hoc arbitration governed by the Arbitration Ordinance of Hong Kong.
  • Representing a U.S.-listed company in an arbitration governed by the CIETAC Arbitration Rules.
  • Representing a HK-listed company in respect of an internal investigation of alleged misappropriation of funds and false accounting.
  • Representing an individual in connection with a high-profile international government investigation.
