John Hensley is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance practice. His practice focuses on representing publicly and privately held companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters. He represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and private placements, including offerings of common and preferred equity, debt and convertible debt. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Hensley worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Bass, Berry & Sims.
Mr. Hensley received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served as the executive online editor of the Mississippi Law Journal.
