Jordana Grodnitzky is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Corporate Department, based in the firm’s Northern Virginia office. Her practice involves representing companies in various corporate matters, with a particular focus on technology transactions and outsourcing. Ms. Grodnitzky regularly advises clients in strategic commercial transactions, including professional service agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, outsourced business processes and services agreements, product development and distribution agreements, reseller agreements, and intellectual property liscening matters. Ms. Grodnitzky has worked with privately held and publicly traded companies across a range of sectors including enterprise software, software and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, e-commerce, hardware, life sciences, healthcare, retail, real estate and financial services.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grodnitzky was Corporate Counsel for the Michael Kors domestic and international companies, where she managed global real estate, commercial contracts and intellectual property matters for the companies.

Ms. Grodnitzky earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and special projects editor for Columbia Journal of Gender and Law. She received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
