Joshua Clark is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Denver office. He focuses his practice on private equity, private company mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactional matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Clark worked as an associate at another international law firm. In this capacity, he represented a Fortune 25 diversified health and well-being company in over a half-dozen acquisitions ranging in value from $400 million to $1.2 billion, and counseled three private equity firms in numerous competitive and proprietary platform company acquisitions, follow-on acquisitions, and dispositions.

In addition, Mr. Clark’s experience includes assisting various privately held companies in numerous strategic and joint venture transactions, including the acquisition or disposition of technology, sports, real estate management, entertainment, leisure, hospitality, and travel businesses.

Mr. Clark received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Mr. Clark was the articles editor for the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law, development editor for the Virginia Journal of Law and Politics, and served on the board of directors for the Public Interest Law Association.
