Joshua Roy has been with Morrison & Foerster since 2008, and has been the firm’s Managing Attorney since 2010. In his role as Managing Attorney, Mr. Roy is the firm’s authority on procedural matters arising in litigation, and he advises the firm's attorneys on complex procedural issues arising in state and federal courts based on his extensive knowledge of rules of procedure.

Mr. Roy manages the litigation calendar for Morrison & Foerster’s New York office, coordinates court filings and service of process, and ensures that all court filings conform to court rules and requirements.

Mr. Roy is also active in Morrison & Foerster's pro bono efforts, including his work with veterans and in environmental litigation.

Mr. Roy is a member of the Committee on Federal Procedure of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association, and the Fairfield County Bar Association.
