Julian Radzinschi is an associate in the firm’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White Collar Criminal Defense Group in the New York office.
Mr. Radzinschi focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, SEC and regulatory enforcement, and corporate internal investigations. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, he was, from 2013 to 2017, an associate in the litigation group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. Mr. Radzinschi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is fluent in Spanish. He has significant experience conducting investigations throughout Latin America.
Mr. Radzinschi received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as the Articles Development Editor of the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law. During law school, he served as a legal intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn. In addition, he also participated in the Prosecution Clinic, where he tried misdemeanor cases in the Augusta County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. As an undergraduate student, he earned his B.A., with distinction, in Political Science and Western Society and Culture from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Mr. Radzinschi is admitted to practice law in New York.
