Juliana Finley is an associate in the Litigation Department, where her practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation and U.S. and international trademark prosecution. Her work has included advising clients in connection with trademark clearance and registration as well as defense and enforcement of trademark rights across a broad array of industry, including consumer products, healthcare, software and technology, entertainment, and hospitality. Juliana received her J.D. cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where she served as an editor for Law and Contemporary Problems. In addition, she was an active member of the Moot Court board and served on the executive board of the Duke Law Innocence Project.
Juliana began at MoFo as a summer associate. Prior to that, she worked as a law clerk in the Economic Crimes and Securities Fraud Unit at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. Before law school, Juliana served as a paralegal at an immigration law firm and taught English and Spanish with Teach for America.
