Justin Young is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Justin was a summer associate at MoFo and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. As a summer associate, he worked on matters involving trade secrets, antitrust, and complex civil procedure. Justin also has experience with pro bono matters, working on an amicus brief submitted to the Ninth Circuit on behalf of an LGBT Rights client.

Justin graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Medal for highest GPA in the third year. Justin served as managing editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Eldon Fallon of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Justin received his B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science from the Indiana University School of Liberal Arts and graduated with the highest GPA in his major.
