Kaihli M. Ross is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance practice. Her practice focuses on representing publicly and privately held companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters. She represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and private placements, including offerings of common and preferred equity, debt and convertible debt.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Ross worked as an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where she concentrated on corporate finance transactions and advising clients on a variety of securities law and corporate governance matters.
Ms. Ross received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.B.A. cum laude from Temple University.
