Karina N. Pundeff is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Diego office.

Before joining MoFo, Ms. Pundeff served as a judicial extern to the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and to the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino and the Honorable Jill L. Burkhardt both of the United States District Court, Southern District of California in San Diego, CA.  Prior to attending law school, she also worked as a legal assistant at a law firm in Los Angeles specializing in civil litigation.

Ms. Pundeff received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law where she was elected to the Order of the Coif.  During law school, Ms. Pundeff was a Comments Editor for the San Diego Law Review and worked as a research assistant for Professor Edmund Ursin.  While in law school, Ms. Pundeff also spent a semester at King’s College London where she took courses focused on international law.

Ms. Pundeff received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
