Ms. Karoline Boullay is a member of our Employment & Labor Group.

She represents international and German clients on all aspects of employment law. In particular, her practice includes supporting corporations with respect to the drafting and termination of service agreements with top executives such as managing directors, board members and key employees. Moreover, Ms. Boullay advises on the employment consequences of restructuring processes.

Ms. Boullay studied law at the University of Cologne with special focus on European and International Law. During her legal traineeship, she worked for the German Foreign Ministry/German Mission to the United Nations.

  • Advising Axel Springer SE in the acquisition of N24 Media GmbH.
     
  • Legal advice and representation of a global luxury goods company regarding all aspects of German employment law.
     
  • Advising Axel Springer Plug & Play Accelerator GmbH within the framework of the accelerator program, “Axel Springer Plug & Play,” and drafting managing director agreements and employment agreements for the start-up companies involved.
     
  • Advising and accompanying a leading public-law institution in a comprehensive social law case, currently pending before the German Federal Social Court.
     
  • Providing advice to a leading internet sales platform on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
