Katerina Kousoula is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the Corporate Department. Ms. Kousoula works with public and private companies on general corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on representing companies in a variety of securities offerings.

Ms. Kousoula focuses her practice on corporate finance transactions, including venture capital financings, initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and both investment grade and high-yield debt financings. She also regularly advises companies on corporate governance, disclosures and compliance matters, including corporate governance issues and compliance with NYSE and NASDAQ listing standards and U.S. federal securities laws. She works with companies across a variety of industries, including tech, retail, healthcare and oil and gas.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Kousoula was an associate in the Corporate Department of a large international law firm’s New York office, where she worked with financial institutions, private equity firms and companies in public and private offerings of securities and other capital market transactions.

Ms. Kousoula is fluent in Greek and German.
