Kelsey Green is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group in the Denver office, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Ms. Green focuses her practice on advising financial and strategic buyers and sellers in public and private M&A and corporate finance transactions and documenting complex corporate transactions, including investments and joint ventures, reorganizations, venture capital investments, and divestitures. She has advised domestic and foreign clients in a wide variety of industries, including renewable energy, healthcare, telecommunications, technology, real estate, and gaming.

Ms. Green earned her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law, where she was selected as Northwestern’s Outstanding Law Student for the National Association of Women Lawyers. While pursuing her J.D., Ms. Green performed work for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, as well as for Northwestern’s Children and Family Justice Center and Center for International Human Rights. Ms. Green graduated with high honors from The College of William & Mary, where she earned a B.A. in French.

Ms. Green maintains an active pro bono practice, including documenting micro-loans for entrepreneurs, reviewing files for the California Innocence Project, and representing individuals seeking clemency. She also engages in her Colorado community through her involvement with Girls Inc. of Metro Denver, City Year Denver, and the Junior League of Denver. Ms. Green is an active member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Colorado Lawyers Committee Young Lawyers Division. A Denver native, Ms. Green has lived in France and Argentina and speaks French and Spanish.
