Kelsie Harris is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation group.
Kelsie’s practice focuses on all executive compensation aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on federal tax and securities law aspects of designing, drafting, and negotiating executive compensation arrangements, including preparing related disclosures for securities filings.
Ms. Harris graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2017, where she was an associate of The George Washington Journal of Energy & Environmental Law and president of The George Washington Law School Mock Trial Board. She received her LL.M. in taxation at New York University School of Law in 2018.
Her experience spans a wide range of public and non-profit organizations, including the Internal Revenue Service, The U.S. Attorney’s office for the Northern District of New York, and the New York Council of Nonprofits.Show More
