Kendall Karr is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Litigation Department. She advises clients in antitrust merger reviews, breach of contract litigation, and class action lawsuits.

Prior to joining the firm, Kendall was a summer associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.

While attending Cornell Law School, Kendall held the role of Judicial Codes Counselor. She counseled students alleged to have violated university policies by providing guidance on various codes of conduct, and represented students during campus judicial proceedings. Kendall also completed an internship with the Federal Trade Commission in their Bureau of Competition, served as co-president of Law Students for Reproductive Justice, and was a general editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Kendall earned her B.A., cum laude, from American University.

Kendall is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
