Khoa Do is an M&A partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on M&A transactions ranging from mid-market to large-scale acquisitions.

Mr. Do regularly advises on public and private acquisitions, including strategic mergers and business combinations, asset and stock acquisitions, complex cross-border acquisitions, tender offers, divestitures, and spinoffs. His experience spans a wide range of industries including software, semiconductors, cybersecurity, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, information technology, and life sciences.

Mr. Do is a frequent speaker at business conferences and authors articles relating to corporate transactions and M&A. He has been featured in The American Lawyer, The Deal, Venture Capital Journal, Silicon Valley Business Journal, San Jose Mercury News, and other international media and trade publications.

Mr. Do serves on the Board of Directors of OneVietnam Network and the Capital Campaign Committee of Palo Alto Little League's Board of Directors. He is also a little league baseball coach.

Mr. Do is fluent in Vietnamese.
