Kristina Ehle is a partner of Morrison & Foerster (Germany) LLP and is based in the firm’s Berlin office. Her practice focuses on advising German and international clients in the media (music, film, TV, publishing), information technology, e/m-commerce, consumer electronics and products as well as clean technology industries on commercial transactions, intellectual property issues (in particular copyright issues) as well as IT, Internet, consumer rights and commercial law matters.
Her clients range from early-stage start-ups to large corporations. Ms. Ehle regularly drafts and negotiates a wide variety of transactions for such clients, including software, website and app development and licensing agreements, digital content production, licensing and distribution agreements, online marketing/advertising agreements, supply, distribution and retailer agreements for goods and services, including advice on general terms and conditions (B2B and B2C). Clients appreciate her extensive experience in complex contract negotiations. In addition, she advises clients on setting up and structuring new business models and routinely provides intellectual property and commercial law advice in corporate transactions regarding the above-mentioned industries.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Ehle worked as an in-house counsel at Bertelsmann Music Group, as head of the eBay Group's contract department in Germany and as a lawyer at the Berlin office of a large international law firm.
