Kyun Saiidnia is an associate in the Technology Transactions Group of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as a communications law intern at Google in Washington, D.C., where she worked on telecommunications law issues such as spectrum allocation and FCC regulatory compliance. She also worked as a technology consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C., where she assisted the National Telecommunications and Information Administration on a $4.2 billion broadband stimulus program.

Ms. Saiidnia received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a research assistant for Professor I. Glenn Cohen and participated in the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project assisting student startups with corporate law issues. She also volunteered at the National Children’s and Youth Law Centre, where she wrote online guides to copyright law for Australian youth. Ms. Saiidnia received a B.A. in Government and Economics summa cum laude from Georgetown University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
