Lauren defends and counsels clients in consumer class actions, agency enforcement proceedings, and complex commercial litigation. Her experience includes matters involving false advertising; unfair competition; breach of contract; unfair and deceptive acts and practices, privacy, lending, and consumer reporting laws; and California’s Proposition 65. She works with a broad range of clients, including financial services companies and industry‑leading technology, retail, and manufacturer companies. Lauren litigates in state and federal court and has both trial and appellate experience.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lauren maintains an active Pro Bono practice.
During her tenure at Harvard Law School, Lauren was an editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review. She also served as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of California.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Lauren was a law clerk for the Honorable William B. Shubb in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.Show More
