Lauren Gambier is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office.
She focuses on securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, and white collar criminal defense. She represents clients in a wide array of private securities matters, as well as investigations by both criminal and regulatory authorities involving federal securities laws, anti-money laundering, and trade sanctions compliance.
Ms. Gambier also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals in immigration and family law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gambier worked at a major New York City law firm, where she focused on structured finance and insurance litigation.
Ms. Gambier received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was an AnBryce Scholar, and served as senior executive editor of the New York University Law Review. She received a B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, from New York University College of Arts and Science, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to practice in New York.
