Lauren Horneffer is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. She counsels government contractors of all sizes in a wide variety of litigation including bid protests, contracts claims and disputes, size determinations, and False Claims Act cases.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Lauren served as a law clerk for the procurement practice in a top-tier Washington D.C. government contracts firm.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Johns University in New York where, in addition to earning a spot on the Dean’s List for the duration of her degree, she was a member of both Phi Sigma Tau and Omicron Delta Epsilon, the honor societies for philosophy and economics, respectively. She earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where she was an editor for the Public Contracts Law Journal and a Thurgood Marshall Scholar.
