Lauren Wroblewski is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Litigation Group in the San Francisco office.
Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending consumer class actions and regulatory enforcement actions against financial institutions. Her experience includes matters involving breach of contract, unfair competition, consumer protection statutes, and lending laws. She also has trial experience, having successfully defended a national bank in a bench trial in California state court.
Ms. Wroblewski received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was as an editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review. During law school, Ms. Wroblewski served as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of California. Ms. Wroblewski received her B.A. in rhetoric and political science with honors from UC Berkeley.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wroblewski was a law clerk for the Honorable William B. Shubb in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
