Leo Martin is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Martin’s practice focuses on public and private M&A, including acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and other transactions. Mr. Martin also has experience in venture financings and assisting clients in general corporate matters. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in Boston, Mr. Martin spent a significant amount of time in the firm’s Tokyo office, where he worked on a variety of complex cross-border transactions.

Mr. Martin earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Columbia College at Columbia University. While in law school, Mr. Martin studied for one semester at Waseda University in Tokyo.
