Linda Shostak specializes in litigation and trial work. She has tried commercial disputes, libel, criminal cases, and employment law matters. Ms. Shostak also has experience with bench trials and arbitrations.
Ms. Shostak has focused her practice on litigation and trials of employment law matters, representing public and private sector clients. She has tried a variety of discrimination claims, including disability, national origin discrimination, sexual harassment, failure to hire/promote, and wrongful termination in violation of public policy.
Ms. Shostak is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. She has been profiled in American Lawyer and Forbes. She is a former chair of the San Francisco Bar Association's Litigation Section.
