Lydia Davenport is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Her practice encompasses a broad range of complex litigation. She also has a strong commitment to pro bono work, including work on asylum cases and for clinics around the Bay Area.
While in law school, Lydia was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster. She received her J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. in Political Science from Brown University. During law school, Lydia served as an executive editor for the American Criminal Law Review and was a member of Barrister’s Council, on the Appellate Advocacy team. In addition, Lydia was a clinical student in the Criminal Justice Clinic, where she represented incarcerated defendants in compassionate release and IRAA cases in the District of Columbia Superior Court.Show More
