Maggie H. Bradley

Maggie is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance | Capital Markets group.

Maggie represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, and debt financings. She also advises company clients regarding corporate governance issues, compliance with the U.S. federal securities laws and the requirements of FINRA, the NYSE and Nasdaq.

Maggie earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Virginia Law & Business Review. Maggie holds a B.A. in English from Rhodes College.
