Mara Goodman is an associate in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Goodman’s practice focuses on corporate transactions including complex mergers and acquisitions. She has advised on matters in a range of industries, including healthcare and life sciences, and technology. She is also a member of MoFo's Blockchain + Smart Contracts Group.

Ms. Goodman earned her B.C.L. and LL.B. from McGill University in 2017. As a law student, she was a research assistant at the Paul-André Crépeau Centre for Private and Comparative Law where she worked on the Centre’s French-English annotated legal dictionary. She also earned a B.A. from the University of Chicago, graduating with general honors in Economics and Romance Languages. Ms. Goodman was a summer associate with Morrison & Foerster in 2016.

Ms. Goodman is proficient in French.
