Maggie Buckles, an associate in the Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White-Collar Defense Practice Group, has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation with a focus on securities litigation, white-collar and regulatory investigations, and arbitration.
Maggie has represented clients across a range of industries including financial services, communications, and technology. She has significant experience managing state and federal litigation from inception through trial including preparing pleadings, motions, and summary judgment motions for clients. Maggie speaks Spanish and has done legal work, including investigations, in Spanish.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Maggie was an associate at two AmLaw200 firms. Additionally, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew in the Central District of California from 2014 to 2015.
Maggie graduated from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A. and M.A., magna cum laude, in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
