Marianne Dreisbach Marchiori is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate Finance practice. Her practice focuses on representing publicly and privately held companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters.
Ms. Marchiori represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements and debt financings, including offerings of common and preferred equity, debt, convertible debt and high-yield debt and tender offers. In addition, Ms. Marchiori regularly advises numerous public company clients regarding general business matters, corporate governance issues and compliance with the U.S. federal securities laws and the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
Ms. Marchiori graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and board member of the Penn Law Financial Literacy Project.
