Marianne Dreisbach Marchiori is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate Finance | Capital Markets practice. Her practice focuses on representing publicly and privately held companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters.
Marianne represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements and debt financings, including offerings of common and preferred equity, debt, convertible debt and high yield debt and tender offers. In addition, Marianne regularly advises numerous public company clients regarding general business matters, corporate governance issues and compliance with the U.S federal securities laws and the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
Marianne graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an associate editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and board member of the Penn Law Financial Literacy Project.Show More
