Letty Camarillo is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Letty gained experience as a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of a major international law firm, primarily providing counsel on day-to-day discovery matters and managing forensic consultants in the discovery process. She was also a 2017 Law Fellow for the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics. During law school, Letty clerked for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and was actively involved in the UC Berkeley Environmental Law Clinic, where she advised a Bay Area nonprofit on water resource policy. Prior to attending law school, Letty volunteered as a clinic intake coordinator for Utah Legal Services in Ogden, Utah, where she helped promote access to affordable legal guidance for pro se litigants. Letty currently serves on the Swords to Plowshares’ Pro Bono Advisory Board, a veterans’ rights organization that provides legal services to veterans and their families.
Letty earned her B.A. in psychology, magna cum laude, from Weber State University and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. In addition, she earned a Certificate of Specialization in Environmental Law from the Berkeley Center for Law, Energy & the Environment, as well as a Public Interest and Social Justice Certificate from the Thelton E. Henderson Center for Social Justice at Berkeley. Letty is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is licensed to practice law in California.Show More
