Mathieu’s practice focuses on patent, copyright, trade secret, antitrust and general commercial litigation. He has represented clients in cases involving a broad range of technologies related to network security, touchscreens, semiconductors, cellular networks, biotechnology, and the energy sector.
Mathieu has represented clients before federal courts, state courts, and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and has experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, pleadings, discovery, fact and expert depositions, motion practice, and summary judgment. He has also advised American companies in connection with antitrust investigations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Mathieu received his B.C.L. and LL.B. degrees from McGill University, Montréal, Canada, and his B.A. from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
He is admitted to practice law in California and New York, and is fluent in French.Show More
