Max Zidel is an associate in the Finance & Projects Group of the New York office of Morrison & Foerster.

Mr. Zidel earned his B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill University, where he received the Madam Justice Carol Cohen Prize for Advocacy, the Lindsey Cameron Award for an outstanding student on a McGill Human Rights Internship, and the Chief Justice Greenshields Prize in Criminal Law for the highest standing in criminal law at graduation. During law school, Mr. Zidel served as a clerk to the Hon. Justice Nicholas Kasirer at the Québec Court of Appeal. He also earned his B.A. with joint honors in Political Science and Literature from McGill University.

Mr. Zidel was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster in 2016, during which time he assisted in a variety of litigation, transactional, and regulatory work.

Mr. Zidel is also proficient in French.
