Mee Jung Kim's practice covers a broad range of real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on financing, including acquisition and sale of real property and commercial leasing. Ms. Kim's primary focus is representing lenders in loans secured by multiple properties, syndicated loans, securitized loans, and construction loans, involving REITs, private equity funds, office buildings, hotels, multi-family apartment buildings, and condominium and rental developments.

Ms. Kim has also handled the purchase and sale of different types of real property. In addition, Ms. Kim represents a variety of clients in commercial leasing transactions, and handles the real estate aspects of corporate M&A transactions.

Ms. Kim attended The University of Chicago where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and New York University School of Law.
