Meghan Dwyer is an associate in the Financial Services Group in the New York office.

Ms. Dwyer’s experience includes Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering compliance; consumer protection compliance; intra-agency appeals of material supervisory determinations; formal enforcement actions seeking civil monetary penalties and prohibition orders against institutions and institution affiliated parties; and civil actions brought by the FDIC-R against directors and officers of failed institutions.

Before joining the firm, she was an associate at a New York-based law firm. She received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the Environmental Law Journal.
