Meredith Stradley focuses her practice on patent prosecution and counseling, with expertise in chemical, biomedical, mechanical, and software technologies.
Ms. Stradley’s experience includes drafting and prosecuting patents in various technology areas, including polymer chemistry, batteries, consumer products, and software.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Stradley was a process quality engineer at Michelin Tire Corporation, where she specialized in the production of high-performance tread compounds. In this role, Ms. Stradley implemented, optimized, and regulated process conditions. She also managed process and product performance, and industrialized new raw materials and processes relating to silica-based rubber compounds.
Ms. Stradley earned her B.S. cum laude from Bucknell University, where she studied chemical and biomedical engineering. She earned her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, where she served as a member of the George Mason Law Review and the Intellectual Property Law Society. Ms. Stradley also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She was previously a law clerk and summer associate with the firm.
Ms. Stradley is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.Show More
