Mike Bell is an associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Bell acts on a broad range of litigation matters including contractual and lending disputes, competition damages claims, tracing and recovery of defrauded assets, warranty claims, and jurisdictional challenges, as well as acting in relation to FCA and SFO investigations. Mr. Bell also has experience advising on policies, transactional diligence, and compliance matters in relation to money laundering, corruption, sanctions and modern slavery issues.

Mr. Bell graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, and was then admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2012. Prior to moving to London, Mr. Bell practiced at a large national firm in New Zealand, where he acted on a range of litigation matters including contractual and lending disputes, valuer’s negligence claims, and contentious insolvency matters.
