Mike Maroni is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group in the Boston office. 

Mike represents companies and investors in a variety of strategic transactions, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt financings, and seed to late stage investments. He also counsels emerging companies in formations and general corporate matters. Mike works with public and private companies, venture capital investors, private equity investors, and strategic corporate investors across a range of sectors, including technology, finance, and life science.

Prior to earning his J.D., Mike spent 10 years in Washington, D.C. as a Government Affairs professional in the life sciences and technology industries.

Mike received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, with Honors, where he was a member of the George Washington Law Review. He received his B.A. from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.
