Miranda Bullard is an associate in the Financial Transactions Group of the New York office of Morrison & Foerster.

Ms. Bullard graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a research editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. As a law student, Ms. Bullard completed externships with the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and with Sony Music Entertainment. Ms. Bullard received her B.M. in music business from New York University in May 2014.

Ms. Bullard was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster in 2016; during this time, she assisted with a variety of transactional projects.
