Mitsuyoshi Saito is Of Counsel in the Tokyo office of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Saito’s practice covers a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, labor and employment, internal investigations, intellectual property, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Saito provides advice on a wide range of labor and employment-related issues, including structuring employment arrangements (including without limitation, in M&A settings), drafting and reviewing employment agreements, work rules and other employment-related agreements and internal rules. Mr. Saito also represents clients in employment-related disputes, including without limitation, dismissal cases.

Mr. Saito has represented domestic and foreign clients in numerous industries, including electronics, information technology, chemistry, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Saito is a qualified lawyer in Japan and New York and a member of the Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
