Monica Cai is a Technology Transactions associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Monica was a Keith Wetmore Fellow for Excellence, Diversity, and Inclusion in the San Francisco office during the summers of 2018 and 2019.
Monica earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School. While there, she was the Co-President of the Class of 2020 and a 3L Representative for the Stanford Law Association, and worked with various nonprofits on corporate governance and contract drafting matters through the Organizations and Transactions Clinic. Monica completed her first year of law school at Yale Law School, where she was an editor on the Yale Journal of Law and Technology and a submissions editor for the Yale Journal on Regulation.
Monica holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Cornell University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.Show More
