A former engineer at Qualcomm and Intel, Moulshri Gupta focuses on all aspects of patent prosecution and counseling. Her practice benefits from her scientific background and years of industry experience in software and hardware development.
Before law school, Moulshri worked as a senior engineer at Qualcomm where she led the digital verification efforts for various System on Chip (SoC) features, including power verification and bus verification. Prior to that, she worked as a component design engineer at Intel Corporation where her projects ranged from analyzing chip architecture, creating test plans, coding test environments, running tests and debugging Register-Transfer Level (RTL) code.
An Emery Merit Scholar, Moulshri earned her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law, magna cum laude, and was named to the Order of the Coif. She earned her M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and B.E. in electrical engineering from Manipal University, India.
Moulshri is admitted to practice in California and has been granted limited recognition to practice in patent matters before the USPTO. She is fluent in Hindi.Show More
