Nathan Sabri is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Sabri focuses his practice on litigation, and has experience litigating in federal court and state court as well as managing global strategy in cases spanning multiple jurisdictions. His matters have included advice and patent litigation involving subject matters such as antibody development, noninvasive prenatal diagnostics, surgical robotics, smartphones, email software, and graphical user interfaces. In 2015, Super Lawyers named Mr. Sabri to its Rising Stars list for Northern California for 2015-2016.
Mr. Sabri is also involved with the firm’s extensive pro bono practice, and he has represented clients ranging from a human rights nonprofit organization to an organization championing supply chain sustainability and economic development in the coffee industry.
Mr. Sabri received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law. While earning his J.D., he externed for Judge William Shubb of the Eastern District of California, was executive editor of The UC Davis Law Review, and was elected to the Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers. He received the UC Davis Law School Medal for the highest academic achievement in his graduating class, as well as eight Witkin awards for the highest academic achievement in specific subjects, including intellectual property. Mr. Sabri received a B.S. in applied ecology from the University of California, Irvine, where he was a Regents and National Merit Scholar.
