Neil Tyler is an associate in the litigation department.

Mr. Tyler received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. He served as a Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and as the Vice President of Careers for the J.D./M.B.A. Association. He also served as the Director of Alumni for the Media & Entertainment Club.

Prior to his employment at Morrison & Foerster, Mr .Tyler worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Josephine L. Staton of the Central District of California; he also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jan E. DuBois of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Tyler is admitted to practice law in California. His interests include Duke Basketball, golf, poker, and travel.
