Nicholas Roethlisberger is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Roethlisberger earned his J.D., fourth in his class, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Thurston Society and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he worked on the Hastings Law Journal and the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal, and participated in moot court competitions. He also externed for the Honorable Charles Breyer of the Northern District of California and the Honorable Ernest Goldsmith of the San Francisco Superior Court. He previously worked at Morrison & Foerster as a summer associate.

He graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in journalism.
