Nick Davies is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Singapore office. He represents multinational corporations, financial institutions and investors on their Asia-Pacific cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other commercial matters. 

A particular focus of Mr. Davies’ practice is representing Venture Capital investors on investments in Southeast Asian technology companies and counselling investee companies with respect to their capital raising, strategic joint ventures and partnerships involving international counterparties.

Mr. Davies’ practice also involves advising on FinTech ventures and he is regularly asked to comment on regulatory developments in Southeast Asia that impact upon this sector.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Davies worked in a leading international law firm in its corporate department. He also worked in the London and Moscow offices of another leading international law firm.

Mr. Davies received his Double law degree in English Law and French Law from King’s College London and maîtrise en droit mention Droit anglais from Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
