Olivia J. Wada is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Employment + Labor Group in the Los Angeles office.
Olivia’s practice spans various areas of federal and state employment law, with a focus on defending complex class and representative wage and hour actions, and matters involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, misclassification, unfair competition, disability, reasonable accommodation, and access issues. Olivia also has experience providing counsel to clients on both California and multi-state employment law issues across diverse industries. In addition, she has represented clients before the California Labor Commissioner’s Office as well as against EEOC and DFEH charges of discrimination.
