Patrick Huard is a corporate partner in Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Mr. Huard focuses his practice on representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including public and private acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, venture and growth equity investments, and divestitures.

Mr. Huard regularly represents clients in transactions covering a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, professional services, and consumer products.

Mr. Huard graduated, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2003, where he was elected into the Order of the Coif and served as the Notes and Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy in International Business.
